Refund Policy 

At LeeD Ventures Running, we work hard to create memorable and well-organized running events. While we understand that life happens, we ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policies:

No Refunds

All race registrations are final, and we are unable to offer refunds for any reason. This includes:

• Illness or injury

• Scheduling conflicts

• Weather-related cancellations

• Personal emergencies

Our events require significant planning and resources, which are committed in advance regardless of participant attendance. Thank you for understanding.

Transfer Options

We get it—plans can change! If you can no longer participate, you have the option to:

• Transfer your registration to another person

• Switch to another distance or race within the same event

These requests must be made before race day.

Transfers may involve a small processing fee and any difference in event pricing. If you transfer to a race with a lower registration fee, the difference will not be refunded. 

Important: Race entries can only be transferred once. After that, the entry must be used or forfeited.

Missed the Event?

Life can be unpredictable. If you missed the race and didn’t notify us ahead of time, you may still be eligible for a one-time transfer to another future LeeD Ventures event. Just make sure to:

• Contact us within 7 days of the missed event

• Be aware that transfers are subject to space availability and approval

• Race entries can only be transferred once and are not eligible to be transferred to another person. 

How to Request a Transfer

To request a transfer, please send an email to info.leedventures@gmail.com with:

• Your full name

• The name and date of your original event

Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
