Refund Policy 

At LeeD Ventures Running, we put great care into delivering memorable, well-organized, and community-focused running events. Because each event requires significant advance planning and financial commitment, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the following policies. 

No Refunds

All race registrations are final, and we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: 

• Illness or injury

• Scheduling conflicts

• Weather-related delays or cancellations, including acts of nature 

• Personal or family emergencies

• Travel issues or unforeseen circumstances

In cases where an event is canceled due to extreme weather or other natural events beyond our control, registrations remain non-refundable. However, whenever possible, we will offer participants a credit toward a future LeeD Ventures Running event, valid for one (1) year from the original event date. 

Transfer Options

We understand that plans change, and we aim to offer flexible alternatives when possible. If you are unable to participate, you may request one of the following: 

1. Transfer to Another Person

You may transfer your registration to another individual prior to race day. A small processing fee or price difference may apply. 

2. Transfer to a Future Event

You may request a one-time transfer credit to apply toward a future LeeD Ventures Running event.

• Credits must be used within one (1) year of the original event date.

• Unused credits automatically expire after one year.

• If transferring to an event with a lower registration fee, the difference will not be refunded.

• Each race entry may be transferred only once.

Missed the Event?

Life can be unpredictable. If you missed the race and didn’t notify us ahead of time, you may still be eligible for a one-time transfer to another future LeeD Ventures event. Just make sure to:

• Contact us within 7 days of the missed event

• Transfers are subject to space availability and approval

• Missed-race transfers may not be transferred to another person 

• Each entry remains limited to one transfer

How to Request a Transfer

Please send an email to info.leedventures@gmail.com with:

• Your full name

• The name and date of your original event

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
